Join date: Dec 2015 | It depends upon what is included in contract like tiles, marbles etc. If it is only for civil work, it is too much. I have recently started construction and got rs 120 square feet @ civil work labour contract in amritsar or rs 128 per sq feet if plastering to be done outside the building if no houses built around. I have 10 pillars in building. I m in amritsar city punjab. There is not too much difference in two cities except in metros | |

there are 1-2 doing tiles (10-12sq/ft) included in 180 rs labour contract but i have heard if you press too much, contracted might run in between the work, or use less skilled people.
what you suggest with tiles it will be around 192/sqft then i have to get an agreement in 1-2 days with contractor.
He made 10-12 decent villas/houses in nearby area with a builder, means builder outsource to him premium quality houses... which is verified by house owners know to me that thekadar is good.
