 Topic: Basement Plan
I want to build the house for 800 sq ft. I would like to build the house like apartment style with beams to raise the home to 9 feet high and use the basement area for other purposes. Being 800 sq ft size home, is it good idea build the house in apartment style or I should construct the house in traditional type to have the house in ground floor.

If I construct house above 9 feet, house much it will cost for  Basement, RCC Columns, Beams, Roof. which is the best materials to use for Complete RCC structure including basement, columns, beams, roof.

what is the best roof method I should follow.

         The cost of construction is related with design and drawing and with the specification used during construction. It may be from 1000-00 to 1200-00 per sft see link below

Join date: May 2014		You can go ahead with your plan but should contact a good architect for the same. The costing will be around 1000-1200 rs/sq.ft as per the area covered.
