Topic: Cost of Construction of boundary wall for vacant plot

Hi,

I have a vacant plot in mohali. I need to construct a boundary wall. I have these queries in my mind to take the decision:

- Should a brick wall be constructed ?

- What should be the minimum height of the wall ?

- What should be the cost of constructing the brick wall ?

I would appreciate if I get the answers to these queries.

JAI PRAKASH Join date: May 2014	The brick wall is ok. keep the height as per your requirement. The cost would be around 80-100/Sq.Ft. for a 9' wall.

The cost of constructing boundary wall ( Compound) is measured either in running foot or in cubic foot and not in Square foot. Pl clarify. Secondly, it also requires proper foundation. It appx costed me Rs.500/- per running foot for 5 feet high boundary wall of 9 inch thickness, during 2003.
