However, I also want to construct 2nd floor, smaller than the 1st floor and position of walls will not be same as ground floor and 1st floor. Is this possible ? If so, does it require ma. |

For a single story or two story independent houses it poses two problems - 1) Security Risk and 2 ) High maitenance cost in case of breakage.
