|  Topic: Cost Estimation of Roof Slab with Beam Structure
Dear Sir,
I am constructing our house Roof with Lafarge Concreto Cement and TATA TISCON 500 D Rebar. Kindly calculate the cost of construction (Material+Labour+Shuttering). I am specifying the details --
Beam : 250 ft in total length of 250/350 mm in size with 6 (3 top + 3 Bottom) 16mm Rebar and 8mm binder @ 150 cc
Slab : Dual Cage structure of 8mm Rebar althrough @ 125 cc distance.
Kindly Calculate the total cost of construction (Material,Labour,Shuttering and others)
I am providing the Cost of Materials --
(a) TATA Tiscon 500D Rebar - 16mm Rs 1000/- per unit of 40 ft and 8mm Rs 275/- per unit of 40 ft (b) Lafarge Concreto Cement - Rs 400/- per bag of 50 kg

Join date: Apr 2014 | Hello, According to the details given by you Total Cost Excluding Shuttering and labour is 5.19 Lakhs , this includes Total Required Concrete ans steel For the specified slab and Beam. As you didn't mention the slab size, i assumed the thickness, Length and width of slab according to your beam length. And the cost cost quotation specified by you is pretty high than normal rates, like 50 kg Cement bag cost normally Varies between 275-300 INR, ..!! If you provide exact details of slab Dimension , can give you shuttering estimation too..!!
