Dear Shri.Guptaji,My ground floor house has been constructed on pillars with beams. First floor which I am planning will be same as ground floor and walls for it will be exactlyon the walls of the ground floor. However, I also want to construct 2nd floor, smaller than the 1st floor and position of walls will not be same as ground floor and 1st floor. Is this possible ? If so, does it require major changes in the structural drawings - beams and pillars?. Pl suggest. Offcourse, I shall take help of architect. |
