Topic: Load Bearing to RCC framed Structure

I have a 474 sqft. (12'*39.5')sqft 2 and half story house with load bearing structure. Now I want to construct 2 additional floor on that. As the existing structure (12' x 2 nos. wall 9",12' x 3 nos 4.5" thick and 39.5' x 2 nos. 4.5" thick) is load bearing so can I:
  1. Make column from ground floor by cutting in wall and ceiling and joining the new steel bars with existing RCC slab to take load of  2 additional floor.
  2. Make tie beam at ground level by cutting the wall horizontally in segment wise to support the columns.
  • Is this exercise is practical? will it take load of additional 2 floors or I should make a new construction after dismantling the existing structure?
  •  If this is possible then I can save money for construction and I can use the existing floors.

Dear AK

In my view, it is better if you contact any local civil engineer / structural engineer of your city, who will visit the site and take appopreate decison for loading condition and also see the strength of existing structure, type of foundation and its strength etc.

Dear
As the built structure is load bearing  dont go for any changes, also no need to demolish any part, we have to provide RCC columns around the all four sides.with tie beams and columns upto  slab .Get it designed. there is not big problem
