Load Bearing to RCC framed Structure

I have a 474 sqft. (12'*39.5')sqft 2 and half story house with load bearing structure. Now I want to construct 2 additional floor on that. As the existing structure (12' x 2 nos. wall 9",12' x 3 nos 4.5" thick and 39.5' x 2 nos. 4.5" thick) is load bearing so can I:Make column from ground floor by cutting in wall and ceiling and joining the new steel bars with existing RCC slab to take load of  2 .
