The cost
estimate will be give after the plan of the building, first final your
building plan and specification to be used in construction. If you want
rough cost estimate than use Estimator given in the gharexpert.com

Hello Sir,
Thank you sir. I tried using the estimator,but i could not find the RCC pillar section.
As of now i have little funds...so is it possible to at least start with the RCC pillars and roof for an area of 30*50. May be 1 or 2 years later i will plan for the actual house on the roof.

The estimator is used to know the construction cost of the building ,it not tell the size. The size is found in the drawings.
You can go ahead with pillar and roof construction and finish the house according to fund availability.

Cost can be calculated with the sizes of member i.e. pillar, beam and slab etc and what ratio of cement concrete use in it.
