answers | Hi,I have a 40*60 site in my village and am planning to build a g+2 floor house.For now i want to complete basement i.e pillars and roof.basement is @ ground level and will be used for parking.i would be leaving 5 feet clearance on all 4 sides...so the construction area would 30*50.I want to know the basic cost of this work i.e just earth work for pillars,pillars,beams and the roof in terms of cem. | |

answers | Hello Sir,Thank you sir.I tried using the estimator,but i could not find the RCC pillar section.As of now i have little funds...so is it possible to at least start with the RCC pillars and roof for an area of 30*50.May be 1 or 2 years later i will plan for the actual house on the roof.regardsraghaHi,I have a 40*60 site in my village and am planning to build a g+2 floor house.For now i want to comp. |
