Piller cost estimation requirement for cement or MS

I am constructing Shed for poultry - Size is 1200x48 Feet.

Each piller shed is of 16 Feet height. 

My 3 Question is (attached drawing of shed)

1. Can experts tell me MS or concrete which is cost effective.

2. how much steel, Cement, Jelly required for concrete contractions both foundation and pillar only for single pillar

3. what will be the cost of MS piller if the load of 600 KG roof is sitting on pillers.

Below is details of Piller.

1.       Dressing up Column Pits.

2.       PCC in the  Column Pits.

3.       Footings, Column size 0'.9?× 0'.9?.

4.       Columns  Upto Platfarm Level (i.e) 5'.0? to  9'.0? Height depending on the level’s.

5.       0'.6?× 0'.9?  Tie Beam and Rat Trap around the Shed.

6.       3'.0?  and 5'.0? RCC Roads.

7.       Platforms at Gable ends 5'.0? and 10'.0? Width each.

8.       0'.9?× 0'.9? Columns on the Top of Platform Roads upto 11'.0? Height with Anchor Bolt Fixing.

9.       Brick work for 2 Gable walls and on the top of Shed 0'.6? Height Partition on both sides.

10.   Plastering Gable walls, Partition Inside and Outside the Shed Spanch finishing.
