Piller cost estimation requirement for cement or MS

Hello Experts,I am constructing Shed for poultry - Size is 1200x48 Feet.Each piller shed is of 16 Feet height. My 3 Question is (attached drawing of shed)1. Can experts tell me MS or concrete which is cost effective.2. how much steel, Cement, Jelly required for concrete contractions both foundation and pillar only for single pillar3. what will be the cost of MS piller if the load of 600 KG roof is.
