If no other option than keeping the PR in bedroom, shift the same to North or NE direction. As the same is in Bedroom I would suggest buy a closet that can be shut in the night atleast after 8 pm

Or if this is also not possible at least try to meditate facing East or NE or North in front of the Puja closet

Intent is to have a segregated space for the Puja. Ensure that the wall on which the PR is stationed is not the one having water element like taps etc in it

Rest is to have faith as each home has its own Vaastu and your Karma also contribute to everything

While making temple in home, keep some important points in mind which mention below:

·         Worship-place always is in North-East direction.

·         Idol size in the temple not more than 5-6 inch.

·         While offering prayer keep your face at East or West direction.

·         Don’t make worship-place in close wardrobe.

·         Don’t make worship-place near to the toilet.

·         Never built temple below the stairs.

·         In home, don’t built temple near the main entrance.

·         Don’t make temple in the couple bedroom.

·         If temple already is in kitchen than put the photograph of goddess “Annapurna” or “Bhagwati”.

·         If doors, windows of temple in North or East direction will be good.

·         Temple like pyramid shape brings fortune.

·         Almirah in temple will be on South-West direction.

·         According to the provision of “havan” or “yagya” put fire pit at South-West direction.

·         Don’t put paintings related to the scenes of “Mahabharata” or “Ramayana” in Temple.

·         A door-frame must be in temple, it stops the negative energy to come inside.

·         Don’t put broken idol in temple.

·         Don’t put forefather’s photographs with god idol because anyone may be good but he won’t be god.

·         Women should keep the worship place clean and pure.

Pooja room mostly should be placed in the Noreth-East dirn. If not possible 2nd preference will be East and 3rd will be North. It is good if the person doing the pooja face East. But your Direction also depend on centre of your house and not the direction where sun rises.

Dear Ghar Expert

I would like solution for puja room for my apartment.

The whole building is facing East. My apartment is the last in the L shaped building costructed in 2009. My front door is facing south. As I enter  bathroom is to the right in north east and to the left is  refrigerator and the kitchen. I placed my Mandir on top of the frig the back of mandir to the south. I placed all my puja idols in the corner space beteen the frig and the wall on the counter .So the wall is in south. I face south when I do puja. My stove is on the west wall. I tried all corners and direction and this is the best segregated corner according to position of this apartment. Any advise ???
