Dear Premkumar, Wen u r buying a apartment in a bldg, the road directions doesn't matter a lot. If u r constructing or buying a bunglow the the road directions, road crossing etc matters a lot. So no need to worry u can go ahead wid the deal..

Entrance from south direction is not considered good as south direction has a cycle of 12 years. for 1st five years your growth will be excellent, next 3 years it will be uniform or stabilized but next 3 to 4 years will be very bad for you, you may loose watever you have gained if you have not done the proper savings..
