West facing plot. Suggestions required for vastu

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a plot and going to start construction. Below are the details.

1. Plot size:50(width)*60(Length)=3000sqft
2. Facing: West facing. ( As per mine and my wifes rashi, west facing plot is very good for us).
3. Roads: One on the west and the other on south.
4. Construction size: 26*44=1144
5. Total rooms: 2 bedrooms,1 portche,Kitchen, Pooja and hall.
6. Model: Kind of a duplex.But as of now only ground floor.

I have attached the sample plan which I want to follow. I used google for vastu tips and plans and finally came down to this.Plesae correct me if there is something wrong with my plan. Below are my questions.

1. I amplanning to constuct the house leaving 12 feet on both sides for plants. Is that fine?
2. Is the placement of the bath rooms right?
3. Is the staicase placed correctly?
4. is the Pooja room can be constructed at the center as shown in image?
5. Are the placement of different items in kithcen is correct?
6. Where do I have to plan for the dining area?
