Which area measurement in plan is used by contractor to calculate labor contract rate?

 Topic: Which area measurement in plan is used by contractor to calculate labor contract rate?
As seen in the attached picture, the plan lists different area measurements under different titles. So, please suggest which area measurement should be used to calculate total cost based on per/sqft rate given by the contractor.

      The plinth area is for labor rate payment.
