Hello Sir,

Thank you sir.
I tried using the estimator,but i could not find the RCC pillar section.

As of now i have little funds...so is it possible to at least start with the RCC pillars and roof for an area of 30*50.
May be 1 or 2 years later i will plan for the actual house on the roof.

Hi,

I have a 40*60 site in my village and am planning to build a g+2 floor house.
For now i want to complete basement i.e pillars and roof.
basement is @ ground level and will be used for parking.
i would be leaving 5 feet clearance on all 4 sides...so the construction 
area would 30*50.

I want to know the basic cost of this work i.e just earth work for pillars,pillars,beams and the roof in terms of cement required,steel required, labour cost....

Pls assume the pillar,roof thickness, dimension to be standard residential purpose as am not very clear on the dimension to be used.

             In the estimator, we can find the rough cost estimate and the size of column etc.
For size of columns and other structure you should consult plan of the building and structural drawing.
According to fund you can start the construction work as you like.
For estimation drawing and specification is necessary.
