Your site can accommodated your need with luxurious room sizes. Your plot size is 30 X 60' which is decent size but not too very popular size. Most of the cases site sizes are 40X60, 30X40, etc...You find more designs for these sizes...Ready mate design from web might be or might not be your dream house. Every time it might need some modification to fit our need. You should be happy if it meets your need, worse case the site shall not been even utilized properly and you will be landed with lesser room sizes, poor circulation space, bad light / ventilation and building with unpleasant look with the same almost cost of construction. I suggest you to appoint an expert / architect at your convenience who can design your house with more customized space keeping in mind the utilization of natural light / ventilation. The chances of errors are also be reduced. Architects are design consultants who are sometimes seems to be expensive but can also able to save your cost morethan 2 or 3 times than their fee. Fix the budget for the project and be transparent to architect, your building could be more quality and you will have more facility in same cost of construction.
