Most of the cases site sizes are 40X60, 30X40, etc...You find more designs for these sizes...Ready mate design from web might be or might not be your dream house. answers | Hi Vikaram, All 2000 sqft area building might not cost the same. Cost estimation is nothing but the cost of material required for construction and lobour cost. It involves the process of finalizing the design / material specification before quantify each material. Otherwise the estimation would show wrong figure. Sometime you might be overcharged as well. I suggest you to finalise the design befor. | 2069
