Please kindly help me to decide the labor rate of R.C.C
beam and slab for my project.
Work detail
Beam size 3.5’ X1.5’ X 80’
Slab: 44’X80’
The height of building is 43’ level.
Our contractor Rate as below
Beam: 450rs/sqft
Slab: 350rs/sqft.
What is the current basic rate for
Centering /shuttering
Reinforcement 25mm
20mm and 12mm for stirrup.
Slab : 8mm dia for two way slab
Also Beam and slab concreting? |
