Are there any negatives if I am planning to buy a 30*40 site which has lot of rocks?

Join date: Jun 2010		Absolutely not.  Go ahead if it suits yours budget and other requirements. In these days of urban planning when sites are alloted through draw or you have to buy what is available, it is better to think of Vastushastra while planning to build the house.  God made rules but he also made exceptions.  Believe in him and best of luck.
