Urgent help for the health of my underconstruction house due to erring architect

Hi All,am in a major problem now. We have a turnkey project of our house to one of our kown people.They started constructing ur house and they used to mislead us in many ways. It is a 1080 sqft site, with Stilt, ground and first floor. It does not have any column footings but bult on loadbearing walls. The architect has cheated us of the money and also not provided any structural drawing. He/She h.
