I am a government registered Valuer for land and buildings I am a Member of Institution of Engineers(India) I am a fellow member of Institution of Valuers(India) I have a rich experience of more than 40years in Building construction I retired on superannuation from a PSU as Deputy General Manager(contracts) Presently working as a freelancer sharing my rich experience to the society keeping service in mind without much expectation and offering the service practically free to the poor who cannot afford. Here I would look to put my views on the position of safety grills and window frame and shutter.
It is a normal practice to provide safety grills at the inner side of masonry and fix the window frame and shutter at the outer side of masonry.My suggestion is to provide safety grills at the outer side of masonry and fix the aluminum sliding windows at the inner side of masonry.
