I am going to start construction of Ground floor slab. As per diagram provided by my architect, I have Master Bedroom on first floor with attached toilet-bathroom in it. And exactly below that on ground floor I have kitchen. I heard by some of my friends that the after 7-10 years down the line, water leakage starts from slab area in toilet-bathroom. answers | HiI have Living room + dining area of 35' X 15'. This area also contains area for stair case on right side. The slab thickness in this area is 5" with Steel bars of size 12mm placed @ 4"c/c. Considering this area of living and dining, it has 3 vertical beams of and one long connecting horizontal beam in it as shown in attached image. How good it would be to replace those beams with Hidden Bea. |
