Name to chemical that helps new plaster to bind with the wall after removing the old plaster which has cracked due to earthquake

Hi, The plaster in my house cracked due to earthquake. I want to remove the old plaster from the wall. After removing the old plaster I want to plaster only the old cracked removed portion with fresh plaster. What is the name of the chemical that help new plaster to bind with the old wall? What should I do to ensure that the new plaster glues to the wall properly as if it was the old plaster..

Column and beams specification for 5-7 floor house

I have a plot of 16.5ft broad (front) and 30 ft long plot in Delhi. Only the front has a road of 20 feet and it has buildings on its three sides. I would build a ground floor now but intend to have sufficient strength at the foundation level and ground floor level so that I can build 5-7 floors on it later. I do not want to build basement. Also, I do not want to give mat footing as it would increa.
