wrong placement of doors

Hello,my house in facing North and I have a bedroom in North (which I am thinking to paint in light green). The room has two doors- one West side of SW and other on South side of SW of the room. I am planing to place a bed on South of the room to make it heavier. What else should I do to lessen this problem?Thank you very much for any suggestion.Sarah.
