First of all kitchen can be constructed in west direction, but looking
at your site plan I would recommend to construct in South-East direction
or East direction as you have good space at SE direction.
Secondly Stairs should be constructed in West, South-West or South
direction. It should be designed in such a way that the first flight

answers | This is a very defective position of septic tank. South-east septic tank creates mental and physical problems for ladies in the house.
