How to establish the percentage of work completed.
For expample ground floor RCC works has been completed in my house (scaffolding has been removed) and work for the first floor have started. Is there a thumbrule to know how much % has been completed.

I am little bit confused about which one to select for my WC toilet, my contractor is suggesting to go for wall mounted one where as my friend suggests to go for floor mounted one because it is easy to maintain(because the wall mounted WC tank is fixed inside the wall and the tiles has to be removed in case of any malfunction ). Could you please help me on this.
