I have seen your post and many of our friends are responded with their suggesion.
However, I have a simple guidline to you considering that the you are residing for rent. The kitchen should be in SE direction but your plan shows that this corner is occupied by sink.
The only option left out after anlayising, you shoud place a wooden table at East wall with GI sheet cove. | |

PCC means, plain cement concrete it dosen't mean any graade. For plastering work you can use Grade 43 which is more than sufficent.
