I am constructing a commercial complex. It has basement and ground + 2 floors. We have finished column work, retaining wall and refilling of soil. Unfortunately because of heavy rainfall, the water is clogged in the basement floor. We are unable to do basement concrete floor. Our contractor is stating that he cant do centring work until we do concrete floor.
