Lindle beam at 7 feet or roof level beam at 10 feet

What is correct way to do beam on wall and roof?1. Lindle beam at 7 feet level with roof on brick at 10 feetor2. Roof level beam at 10 feet with roof on beamor3. Lindle beam at 7 feet level and roof level beam at 10 feet withroof sitting on roof level beam.Note this construction will be ground + 2 floor (total 3 levels)And this structure will be on pillar at all jointes..
