Re. house construction specifications from the contractor

These are the details I received from my contractor. Would like to know if the specifications are correct and genuine ?SPECIFICATIONS  All R.C.C works as per structural drawings Basement finished floor level will be 3’ from the natural ground level 9” Brick work in CM 1:6 4.5” Brick work in CM 1:4 with 6mm rod at every 1.5’ once Ceiling  plastering in CM 1:3 20mm.

Re. eccentric footing.

Sir,   Iam constructing a house with G +2 . After building all the columns and the tie beam at the basement level, we added one more column in one of the corner . Does it have to be tied with the other columns at the plinth level or it can tied with the other columns in the roof level.  Pls advice. This column was added recently. We did not put the roof yet. Thank you,Vikki..

Re. Pllar position and pillar strength.

I have attached structural drawings for my house. It is G+2. I would really appreciate if someone  can guide me about  the column position and let me know it they are good ? In the front, my engineer have taken one pillar little  bit along the center and other other pillar in the corner. Will it give enough support ?I have marked all my questions on the image itself. Pls go through and  suggest me.

Help with plan for a new house construction.

I am from Chennai. I am going to construct a house in Chennai in the plot 30 * 60 . I have attached a floor plan for the house . Would be happy if  anybody could  give a suggestion on the floor plan , anyway to improve it if they find fault with it.Any kind of suggestion or comment would be of great help to me.
