GFRC Construction

Hello everyone,Have you guys heard of GFRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) ?I've heard that building with this material, the construction happens faster.I'd like to know if anyone of you have used this material for building?With this material, is the constructed building strong? as strong as a regular pillar constructed building? Also they say this GFRC costs cheaper to build. Average time to construct

Hello everyone,I'm planning to build on a 30 x 50 plot. Ground floor - Commercial. Just a open hallFirst floor - 1 BHK to rent it outSecond floor - 3BHK Duplex1) I'd like to know how much average time would it take to build the above?2) Also, how much time would it take to build the ground floor commercial hall. So that I can start the showroom as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.
