Constructing a small office space with metal & tile structured roof

Hello,I want to  construct a small office space of 514 sq.ft area on first floor and i DONT want to use RCC Slab for roof. I want to use Tile roof with metal structures. I am planning to build walls from 6" Clay Porotherm blocks. Can somebody please guide me in costings for this. And how much will the roof of tile and metal structure cost? I have attached a sample pic of the roof which i am planni.
