answers | Dear Sir, I am planning to construct 1st floor on a flat roof of 27'6" x 33". the ground floor is on 16 pillars. Roof of 1st floor shall also be flat. May I know the qty of steel(12/10/8/6mm), sand, no. of 50 Kg cement bags required just to raise the roof. Approx 650 sq ft. 9" wall (Red Brick) is required and 365 sq ft parafit wall (Fly Ash Brick) on 1st floor roof. Please inform seperately, the n. | 1921

answers | Dear Sir,Plastering of my newly constructed 1st floor is about to start. Your earlier advice on raw material were very informative and accurate. Thanks again. Now, I want to have your view on the 1. ratio of cement to sand for plastering interior and exterior walls, 2. Water proofing treatment to be done.
