Help on House Plan

Dear Experts,I'm following this forum for a very long time. In fact it is like a dictionary for me in house construction. We are planning to construct house on 36'x42' plot. Our Architect is suggesting to go with cantilever slab of 7'6" width and 37' length above the parking area and use 4' of that 7'6" in above floors into the house and use remaining 3'6" slab as corridor. Plan is attached here.H.

Help on Staircase and Elevator design

Dear Experts,We are planning to construct our house on 36'*42' plot (36' towards road and 42' depth). And thinking of having an elevator of small size(2 people). Each floor height is 10'. Draft of ground floor house plan is attached here. Staircase is planned towards road side in that plan. We want to continue with that but with a change of dimensions for accommodating elevator.We are Ok with havi.

Any way to utilize hardened cement ?

Dear Experts,I need your valuable help to understand, is there any way to utilize hardened cement .We've started our house construction and kept cement bags near the plot. Cement bags were placed under the cover. But due to heavy winds and rain during last week, almost all cement bags were hardened. Now I do not have any idea what to do with these hardened cement bags.Please suggest me if I can us.
