problem at the site execution of the beam work

my question is that my house is built.bt there is some problem at the groundfloor slab level..starting a slab level shuttering that time beam of the slab not properly resting in column..beam size is 9"*9". center of the beam 4"1/2 is rest on the column... and column is round column..and in column use steel is 4 no 16 mm bar..and first floor thats position round column and beam perfect resting to e.
