I have installed flush doors with laminate on it and margin (sagvan wood ) on the edges of the door. painter is applying chalk mitti on the edges and then aplying paint. the chalk mitti and paint is staining the laminate. how to remove paint and chalk mitti stains from laminate.

Hi, two questions i have.1) my door lengths are 78.6 and 79 inches .Flush door size available is 81 inches in lenght. Does cutting the flush door by 2.5 inch -3 inch in length weaken the door ?2) Should I install the flush doors after paint on the walls or i can install flush doors even before wall paint ?.

Hello,can you pls advice on following.1)is it ok to buy BWR grade local flush pine door or we should buy BWP grade. we need to use doors in lobby ?2)we will paste sunmica on flush door. Is it necessary to install margin of 2mm on the edges of the flush door. some people says it increases the life of door and prevent the sunmica from peeling off ? further any issues by installing marigin like door.
