About column and beam structure

Gupta sir, I want to built a g+1 house with an area of  1684 so ft. What will be the size of the column and beam of the structure? Can I use 8x10 inch column?   What will be the diameter of bars to be used in beam n col. In the roof, what is the diameter of the bars used for steel mesh. Plz suggest. .
