Join date: Jun 2013 | I do not have any suggestion regarding the building plan. However, like to give you certain tips
1. Janitor to store cleaning materials
2. Wardrobe of 3 feet depth to keep suitcases and similar bigger things
3. Place for UPS, preferably on Chajja ( Capacity depends on your need )
4. Provision for rain Water harvesting or Underground tank to store about 5000 lts or more water, close to road so that water tanker will have easy access to it ( Undet car parking area )
5. Provision for solar water heater
6. Bottle traps for all the wash basins
with best wishes

dear Vignesh, Hello..! Here are some points to be discussed....The plan is not suitable for the Plot size, as it covered almost all the open space. it doesn't suits to building bylaws as 2' or 2'6" wide rear & side setbacks are not permissible. Also on !st and 2nd floor Front comes up to Road, which affects the elevation...kindly curtail your requirements to get a nice plan..or go for a bigger plot... | |
